Paul Rowley is forced to make mass changes to his starting line-up this evening.
After a memorable win against St Helens at the Totally Wicked Stadium, his team have come out the other side battered and bruised.
Cade Cust, who failed a HIA late during the first-half last Friday, is replaced by Chris Atkin at stand-off.
An unfortunate injury to Chris Hankinson has forced a change on the wing. David Nofoaluma, our exciting new addition, will make his first appearance at the Salford Community Stadium.
Two more changes at prop sees King Vuniyayawa return to the starting pack, with Andrew Dixon coming into the team after Brad Singleton’s knee injury.
Jack Ormondroyd, a regular starter in 2024, has been ill during the week and is unavailable for this one.
There’s also some youth in the match day squad, with Matty Foster joining the more experienced Shane Wright and Gil Dudson, recently brought in on loan from Warrington Wolves, on the interchange bench.
There’s also a spot for Ethan Ryan, who is in line to make his debut for Salford Red Devils.
Dudson – a huge fans favourite during his previous stint at the club – is also set to make his second debut for the club.
