Ahead of the first Annual General Meeting, the following information has been shared by the CBS for shareholders.
- Nominations to serve as an elected Director must be submitted by midnight on 16th April 2024.
- Election statements and voting papers will be circulated by members by email on 17th April 2024, and will also be available on the CBS website.
- Voting will conclude at midnight on 10th May 2024.
- The AGM is scheduled for 7pm on 23rd May 2024 at the Salford Community Stadium.
- New Board Members will be announced at the AGM.
