The Red Devils are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with the University of Manchester Students’ Union. UMSU have joined with the club following a successful partnership with the RFL in 2015.
We join an impressive Box Office roster of sporting partnerships within the Students’ Union, including both Manchester City and Manchester United football clubs, with almost 2,000 University of Manchester students purchasing match tickets already this academic year.
We have partnered with the Students’ Union to help them widen the sporting disciplines on offer to their members, but also help to further support their ethos of enhancing our students’ experience during their time in Greater Manchester.
Speaking at the launch of the partnership, Students’ Union Activities and Development Officer, Joel Smith said, “It’s fantastic to see a new partnership forming with Salford Red Devils. This new venture extends our offer to students, giving easier access to less mainstream sport and enhancing our exclusive membership offerings around the City.”
Salford Red Devil’s Club Ambassador Adrian Morley said, ‘As a club, we’re delighted to be working with University of Manchester Students’ Union. It’s a fantastic opportunity for the club to be reaching out to a wider audience in Central Manchester and to offer great deals to students in the city. We hope we can attract some new fans to experience how exciting rugby league really is and get behind their local Super League side.’
The Red Devil’s home fixture tickets are now on sale at the Students’ Union Helpdesk with all tickets priced at just £16 including booking fee.
To celebrate this new and exciting partnership with Salford Red Devils RLFC the University of Manchester Students’ Union are giving away two FREE tickets to their next home game this Thursday against Warrington Wolves! All you have to do is visit their facebook page to enter. We’ll have more on further competitions soon so follow us on social media.
Terms and Conditions
All tickets are sold in person only from the Students’ Union Helpdesk.
Each student can buy only one ticket – if you want to buy tickets for friends, they must accompany you to the Helpdesk with their student ID at the time of purchase.
A valid Student ID is required to purchase tickets and also present at the stadium.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so get yours before they’re all gone.
