Biography

Shane Wright made his NRL debut for the North Queensland Cowboys in 2017, against Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. Wright played in the NRL for the Queensland Cowboy for five Season, within his five seasons at the Queensland Cowboys he made 41 appearances for them and scored three tries for them. In 2019 Wright won the NRL rookie of the year award whilst playing at the North Queensland Cowboys.

Shane Wright then signed a two-year deal with the Salford Red Devils in 2021. Wright has been a key player in the Salford Red Devils squad. Shane Wright was also awarded with a new three-year deal at Salford Red Devils. In Wrights first two years at Salford he has so far made 24 appearances for the Salford Red Devils and has also scored six tries so far.
