PAUL TRAINOR EXPLAINS ALL BEHIND THE FOUNDATION’S REBRAND

Director of Foundation and Rugby Partnerships, Paul Trainor has provided an insight in the Foundation’s three-year plan, as part of today’s rebrand.

It’s a change which brings the Foundation directly aligned with the Club and includes a new vision and mission, together with the creation of a new programme offer for 2025.

Discussing what the rebrand means for the Foundation, in particular their new themes, Paul said: “The themes are really allowing us to align all our work with our objectives.

“So the themes are things like increasing participation in rugby league, raising aspirations of young people, providing pathway opportunities, and we’ve got a fantastic Development Academy based at Eccles Sixth Form College which allows us to develop a lot of young people – both boys and girls – through that pathway.

“So we’re really clear in terms of the structure we want within the Foundation. Over this next three years, these themes will help us to keep focused on what we’re hoping to achieve.”
