Everything you need to know ahead of the Red Devils’ second home game of the 2019 Betfred Super League against Leeds Rhinos.
Key information
Salford Red Devils will host Leeds Rhinos in our second home game of the 2019 Betfred Super League season on Sunday 17th February. The game is set to kick-off at 3pm.
The West and South stands will be open for the home fans this weekend. Season Tickets are valid with Salford Red Devils supporters situated in both the West and South stands. The travelling Leeds Rhinos fans will be based in the East Stand.
Ticketing
You can purchase tickets for Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos at the Club Ticket Office prior to kick-off. You must purchase a ticket from the Ticket Office as oppose to paying at the turnstile. Remember, ticket prices will rise by £2 on a gameday, so we’d encourage supporters to purchase their tickets in advance of Sunday. You can purchase online, HERE.
2019 Season Tickets are valid for the fixture and if you are yet to collect your 2019 Season Ticket you can do so before Sunday’s game from the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office.
If you are a member of a community club who has received a FREE Junior Season Ticket this week and sent off your form, you will be able to collect your 2019 Season Ticket from the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office prior to Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos.
You can still purchase 2019 Season Tickets in advance of Sunday’s game by visiting the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office, over the phone on 0161 786 1570 or online HERE. The Direct Debit option isn’t available online. You can purchase 2019 Season Tickets following the game on a pro-rata basis with your ticket prices being knocked off the overall price.
Tickets for Salford Red Devils next fixture against Hull Kingston Rovers on Saturday 23rd February at KCOM Craven Park will be available to purchase following Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos from the The Salford Stadium Ticket Office. Stadium and Security
The Salford Stadium turnstiles will open for general admission at 1:30pm.
If you are an 1873 Season Ticket holder you can gain access via the Main Reception from 12:30pm. You must be wrist-banded on entry to gain access to the 1873 suite.
The smoking pens at either end of the West Stand will be open for fans to use. These will open before the game and close as the first half gets underway. The smoking pens will re-open ten minutes before half-time and close as the second gets underway.
Please remember that all bags will be checked on entry to the The Salford Stadium.
Transport and Parking
The Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust buses are in action for Sunday’s fixture against Leeds Rhinos. Both the RD1 and RD2 have brand-new quicker routes for the 2019 season with both journeys now only taking approximately 45 minutes. Please note there has been a minor time adjustment on the RD1 service, for more details click HERE.

Car parking is available at the The Salford Stadium and is priced at £6 per car. Seasonal car park passes are valid for this fixture.
Club Shop
Salford Red Devils can confirm that our online store provider WildThang will be present at Sunday’s game and will have a trailer set up on the forecourt of the The Salford Stadium to sell merchandise. Be sure to head over and purchase your Salford gear!

Hospitality
All guests who are dining at Sunday’s game against Leeds Rhinos will do so on level three of the The Salford Stadium and will be guided to their respective suites and boxes by our friendly staff on Reception. Again, all guests will need to be wrist-banded.
Marquee and Catering
The marquee will be open from 12:30pm and DJ Andy Steele will be entertaining both the Salford Red Devils and Leeds Rhinos fans pre and post-match while you soak up the atmosphere.
Salford Red Devils and Elior are also delighted to offer a fantastic price of £3 on all pints following the game – stay behind and enjoy DJ Andy Steele with brilliant prices!

Funderpark

The Valentines Fair – Funderpark – is present at the The Salford Stadium and Salford Red Devils can confirm free entry for all match or Season Ticket holders on production of their ticket.
The Funderpark amusement park is the biggest travelling funfair in Europe and is available for FREE to all fans between the hours of 12:30pm and 2:45pm. Get inside and enjoy the rides before the roller coaster that is Super League!
Forecourt Activity
The Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust will have a table in the forecourt where they will be taking new memberships as well as selling our re-run of programmes of Issue One of ‘The Red Devil’. If you need to get an issue of last week’s programme, please visit the Salford RLFC Supporters’ Trust.
There will also be a ten-piece band playing in the forecourt area before the game and inside the ground in the lead-up to kick-off.
The WildThang Club Shop will be situated in the forecourt along with a Salford Red Devils Foundation Heritage stall.
Pre-Game Entertainment
Ahead of Sunday’s game, the ‘Red Angels’ Dance Team will be performing on the field and will be accompanied by Super League’s number one mascot – Dr Devil.
Half-Time Activity
At half-time, Salford-born boxer Marc Leach and trainer Jamie Moore will take to the field to promote his upcoming English title fight in Oldham on Saturday 16th March.
The ‘Red Angels’ Dance Team will also be performing.
The Red Devil
‘The Red Devil’ will return for the second issue of the season and this week’s cover star and focus of our big interview is new signing Ken Sio but more importantly you can claim your second token of the season to earn a signed match ball at the end of the year!

Bucket Collection
There will be a bucket collection in and around the The Salford Stadium for Aaron Parmar who is running 22 10km runs in memory of the 22 people who sadly lost their lives at the Manchester Arena tragedy – please donate generously!
