Marc Sneyd has been voted February’s Player of the Month.
Our number seven has enjoyed a stellar start to the season, at his influential best with both ball in hand, and from his magical left boot.
Throughout February, Sneyd was one of the standout performers across the competition.
For this award, he has fought-off fierce competition from Nene Macdonald, Kallum Watkins and Sam Stone, who have all enjoyed positive starts to the season on an individual basis.
He currently tops the Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel standings and his composure from the kicking tee has been a real asset so far this season.
In the first two games, Sneyd notched four try assists, with three of them coming in our opening home fixture of the season – a 26-22 victory over Castleford Tigers.
Sneyd, in reaction to winning this month’s award, has said: “It’s been a good start to the season for me and the team.
“Hopefully, we can carry that on throughout the season!”
