THE ORIGINAL RED DEVILS

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR FANS BEFORE TOMORROW’S GAME

As we approach the final game of the season at the Salford Community Stadium, we’d like to take a moment to remind all supporters of the importance of safety, respect, and appropriate conduct both during and after the match. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, and for that to happen, it’s crucial that all fans respect the stadium’s rules and procedures.

 A Call for Respectful Behaviour

We understand that emotions are high as we reach the final game, and many fans may feel compelled to express their passion in different ways. However, any pitch invasions, whether occurring during the match or after the final whistle, are not acceptable.

  • Safety First: The safety of all fans, players, and staff is paramount. Unauthorised pitch invasions create unnecessary risks and can lead to dangerous situations for everyone involved.
  • Consequences for the Club: Any such actions can have severe repercussions for the club, including fines, sanctions, and potential future restrictions. This could affect the entire community and fanbase, and we want to avoid any situation that would harm the club and our fans.
  • The Players’ Lap of Honour : After what has been a tough year for all, players would like to take the time to show their appreciation to the fans for their continued support throughout the season. Any disruption to the event, whether by pitch invasions or other forms of disruption, could result in the players being unable to complete their lap of honour. This is a moment of connection between the team and the supporters, and we don’t want anyone to miss out on this special occasion.
  • Respect : Rugby League is a family game, please respect everyone involved

Please refer to stadium ground regulations for more detailed information.
