FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is an ‘assistant’?

An assistant is a person who is there to assist you with any difficulties that may arise within the Salford Stadium, which a matchday steward would be unable to help you with.

Can I apply for an assistant ticket?

You can apply for an assistant ticket if the help you need inside the Salford Stadium, is more than a current matchday steward can provide and you are able to provide proof of eligibility.

I don’t need help inside the ground, but I do need help to get to and from the Salford Stadium. Do I qualify for an assistant ticket?

Assistant tickets only cover the help needed within the Salford Stadium on a matchday, so unfortunately in this instance, an assistant ticket would not be provided.

If I qualify for an assistant ticket, could my assistant use the ticket if I am unable to attend a fixture?

No they cannot. An assistant ticket is only validated when you attend a fixture. If the assistant wished to attend without you, then they would need to purchase a ticket before entering the ground.
