You have voted Chris Hill as March’s Player of the Month.
The England international has fended close competition from teammates, Jack Ormondroyd and Jayden Nikorima, who have both also enjoyed stellar individual months.
Hill joined Salford Red Devils in late October and has hit the ground running with some tireless performances in the forward pack.
His most impressive was an 80-minute display against Bradford Bulls in the Betfred Challenge Cup last-16, where he made 30 tackles and 128 metres across the contest.
In the following game, his strong drive up the middle and offload to Harvey Wilson allowed his teammate to race clear and put breathing space between Huddersfield Giants and ourselves on the scoreboard.
A vocal member of the dressing room, well-respected amongst his peers, Hill has quickly become a leader, and his brave displays have been met with a show of admiration from the Red Devils faithful.
On picking up the first accolade of 2025, Hill has said: “A big thank you to the fans for the votes and the support you’ve shown me since I joined the Club. The boys are doing it tough at the moment, so your backing throughout this period is even more special.
“Safe trip to everyone making the journey out to Catalans – hopefully we can get back to normality sometime soon.”
