We are delighted to reveal Armani Sharrock has been named our new Women’s Assistant Coach.
She will be working alongside Head Coach, Mike Grady and fellow Assistant, Dawn Schofield to form of a three-person coaching group.
Armani has 14 years of playing experience, most notably with Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves, where she was made captain of the latter.
She also represented and took the armband for her county, Lancashire before being forced to retire due to injury.
Upon the end of her playing career, Armani took on the role of Head Coach of Warrington’s Women’s team and competed in the Betfred Women’s Super League throughout 2024.
On joining the Red Devils, Armani said: “I’ve really enjoyed my first few sessions with the group, everyone at the club has welcomed me and made me feel at home!
“It’s great to see so many girls down at training, and I’m really excited to get stuck in and add value to help build on a successful 2024 campaign.”
With further additions in the physio and S&C department, our girls have all the tools to develop and achieve a successful season.
