Our Pathway
In May 2023, the Club secured its Elite Academy Licence after a thorough four-year application process – a significant piece of the jigsaw completing a robust structure through which talented young players can progress through to playing for Salford Red Devils in the Betfred Super League.
Each squad within the structure has a strong local core of Salford community players, complemented by promising talent from the wider area. Teams benefit from elite-level training and education, with specialist support in technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game.
